Refund Policy
A deposit will be needed to hold the cabin under your name for the rental days that you have specified. If a deposit is
not received within 2 weeks of your verbal or written commitment to rent the cabin, your hold on the cabin will be
relinquished. The deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date with a written
cancellation notice.
The balance due is required 21 days prior to the confirmed check-in date if paying by check, 5 days if paying by credit
card, otherwise your hold on the cabin will be relinquished. Any cancellations within 30 days prior to the confirmed
check-in date will result in loss of the deposit only. No refunds are possible from the day of the confirmed check-in
date and beyond.
Note: Your credit card statement will show a payment to Papatones, LLC.
Disclaimer: In the unlikely event that the cabin becomes unrentable for whatever reason, neither Anthony Sassano
nor Papatones LLC can be held liable for any amount beyond rent already paid. The renter will be entitled to a full
refund and nothing more.

- Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Check-out time is 11:00 am
- Follow the hot-tub rules & dry off before entering the cabin from the hot-tub
- FIRE HAZARD - Clean the dryer lint filter located inside the drum after each use – be sure to remove the cover
to clean the inside of the filter - No Pets/No Smoking
Upon your departure please…
- Place used towels and rags in the bathtub
- Clean your dishes - Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher – Start the dishwasher or hand wash the dishes
- If either of the pull-out sofas were slept in, place the used sheets in the bathtub
- Empty all of the trash into the containers on the front porch
- Close all windows and lock the deadbolts on the front and rear doors
- Set hot-tub temperature to 60 degrees (the pump runs continuously)
- Set thermostat to 85 degrees (cool) during summer and 60 degrees (heat) during winter
- Leave ONLY the floorlamp light ON in the family room - Turn all of the other lights OFF
- Leave behind everything that was here when you arrived – except the great memories
- TAKE ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS – WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
